[ Kotone's not going to follow her towards the door - it seems obvious enough that it's too narrow for desks to fit through, at least not without tilting them on their sides (and that's not exactly possible while chained as she is). She'll probably watch Mafuyu struggle with it if she makes an attempt, though, since at least that'd be less boring than whatever "lesson" is going on right now.
For now, she'll try to lean over to look in her desk in the hopes of finding something useful - a cell phone to call for help, bolt cutters to free herself with, a fire alarm to pull to end the lesson... okay, so maybe only one of those was even realistic, but she's hoping for anything at this point. Of course, then she'd have to find a way of fishing it out with her legs or her mouth... but first things first. She's not going to give up hope just yet. ]

I agree. I'm very confused.
Different personalities and factions within a single organization aren't so uncommon. It promotes growth among colleagues and in the business. But when a business supposedly involves worlds being saved, I would hope they are all on a united front. Your words don't bode well.

I'm not saying it isn't a big deal! I'm as miserable about it as everyone else!! I had plans for Christmas with my relatives, and that's all ruined now because of all this!
But I don't see the point in crying over it if it's not going to fix things. It feels like a waste of time and energy, in my opinion.
