These are skills any good cheater cheater pumpkin eater would have for cheating at cards - things like how to surreptitiously mark the back of cards and read distinct scratch marks in order to recognize them, among other skills.
Let's just say there are plenty of dishonest reasons why she stopped being the loser in the games club. c':
